Asset Staking: LAVA Protocol allows users to stake their digital assets on the platform as collateral for loan amounts. This lets users transform idle digital assets into liquid capital while providing the platform with value-stable collateral, boosting overall capital efficiency.

Loan Access: Once assets are staked, users can receive loans proportional to their staked asset value. This offers a way to access additional funds without having to sell held digital assets, for further investment, trading, or other financial needs.
